About me

Hi, I'm Sophie Logan, and if you come out on one of these treks then I will be your host, guide, chef and general helper! I'm a full time horse trainer and breeder with a love for getting out and exploring our amazing country. When I first moved back to New Zealand from America I really struggled with finding places available for horse riders. Now that I have been lucky enough to meet some great landowners willing to share their properties, I'm doing my best to share them with everyone else too!

What I'm offering:

+ Fully guided horse treks on private farm land - locations all around the South Island

+ Groups are kept small - most limited to 6 - 10 riders

+ Bring your own horse OR hire one of the available horses (limited availability)

+ On multi-day treks, meals are catered, accommodation included & gear transported

+ No trekking experience necessary, but not suitable for beginner riders.

+ Book as an individual on one of the scheduled trips, or get a group together for a tailored ride.

+ I'm here to help with an questions or concerns. I want everybody to have the opportunity to come along! So don't hesitate to get in touch.
